Tomato Basil Bread

  • 1-1/2 cups tomato juice  (I use V8)
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4-1/4 cups bread flour
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. dry milk
  • 1-1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3-4 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. active dry yeast

Follow either method 1 or 2 for baking.
