Meat Marinade

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp Vinegar
  • Spices of choice

Mix and place in plastic ziplock bag with meat.  Put in the refrigerator and turn a couple times a day.  

Do not leave it for more than 6-8 hours or the meat will become mushy when you cook it.
