Antipasta

  • 1 small jar green olives, drained
  • 1 medium can pitted black olives, drained
  • 1 small jar pepperoncinis, drained
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 tbsps olive oil
  • 2 tbsps grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley

 

Mix all items together and refrigerate.  Take out of the refrigerator an hour before serving to allow the olive oil to soften.
