- 1 small jar green olives, drained
- 1 medium can pitted black olives, drained
- 1 small jar pepperoncinis, drained
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 tbsps olive oil
- 2 tbsps grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
Mix all items together and refrigerate. Take out of the refrigerator an hour before serving to allow the olive oil to soften.
